  CrossFit PAF is an excellent box! There is an obvious commitment to members and to safety with focus on technique. They take the time to know your goals and work with you so that you can achieve them. Coaches regularly check with you to see how you are feeling and if you have any issues. Programming is such that I am able to train consistently which has certainly improved my strength and fitness level. The community at PAF is a family and one that I am proud to be a part of!

  Amazing box! My husband and I were immediately welcomed into this awesome community! I would recommend this place to anyone. Amazing coaching that is focused on each individual feeling successful while maintaining safe and proper form. The perfect gym for beginners and experienced athletes.

  CrossfitPAF makes fitness fun. I joined to get back in shape, but with personalized coaching and a great community, I have gained so much more... I would highly recommend this box to anyone that is remotely interested in fitness

  This box is amazing and it all starts from their owner. This is no Globo Gym with a bunch of egos and meat heads. Coaching is very detailed and tailored for each athlete. We came to get more fit, but stayed because of the community.

  Kind, supportive community. The head coach is knowledgeable and encouraging. Safe space to try something new or hone the skills you already have!
