  worst experiance, called to ask about a pair of crocs which they said was available. Walked three miles to get there and they simply told me they didn't have a pair cuz they thought it was in an unopen box which arrived the same day. (note i asked about the same pair a week before and they told me to come by the next day every single day)

  Crocs are comfortable & durable. The newer styles include heels that are actually wearable all day. Sometimes there are better deals online that this store doesn't offer, but this week (January) they had a seasonal clearance event that is better than what you'll find online or on amazon. Store clerk was awesome at recommending shoes & finding the right size for me, which can vary quite a bit depending on the style.
