  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I made an order online and used my paypal for a safer checkout and got stripped of my discount codes, then I go to talk to customer service and first their system is down so I was told to call a few hours later. I called after I got out of work and this lady just gave me straight nonsense talking about oh for your price adjustment someone is gonna call you in the next two days which should have been Saturday! I call Sunday talk to a different lady and she’s now telling me that the discount never should have been applied blah blah blah and I’m like how is it not gonna be if the last two customer service told me it should have been and I would get a price adjustment then she says I have to wait another 1-4 business days for another call! I just want my money!!! If we can’t use PayPal without it taking our coupons away why the hell have it as an Option in the FIRST PLACE!!

  The most horrible service I've experienced, so far, in my whole experience of shopping. I'm a faithful A'Gaci shopper, and today has truly turned me away. I was trying on clothes and told the girl which clothes were a "Yes" and "No" so she could separate the things while I continue to try on more clothes because there was a "6 piece" minimum; I come out ready to go and my clothes were gone. The fitting room attendant went and got my pieces I assume she put back herself, so I looked over it and resumed shopping. I then go back to the fitting room to try on more clothes, at this point I have a shopping bag full of clothes that I was going to buy for a fact, I go to the dressing room to try on my clothes a new room attendant asks for my bag while I try on more clothes; when I come out my bag is gone. I ultimately decided not to purchase anything. I talked to the manager and she was much of no help. I am frustrated and disappointed because I wanted everything I picked out and they disregarded that and put them back.
