  If your looking to get a good night's sleep do not stay here. If I had know the band next door would be playing so loud into the night I would have not chosen this location. Was in town on business and had to be up early morning's but couldn't get to sleep until after the loud music from the band next door stopped playing. I should have been warned about this at check in so I could have decided if I wanted to still stay here or not.

  Room was clean, but for 3 hours in the middle of the night we could not sleep due to a water leak. The water started pouring into the shower from the room above us. We contacted the front desk twice to let them know that the water was coming through the light in the shower. The guy we spoke to said that he was coming up to our room to check it out (4am), but didn't show by 4:30. We called again to let them know of the problem and they said they contacted the room above and that most likely somebody fell asleep in the bathtub above us because that happens all the time. When we spend $150.00, we expect to get our full night's sleep. We will never be staying there again due to the company not seeing the issue affecting our sleep was an issue. When we told them at checkout, the guy told us that is why he is there and that he will go check it out now that we were leaving. Not great customer service, especially for a Marriott, in my opinion.

  Nice hotel in Old Town. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Room was nice but housekeeping cleans late in the afternoon which is a bit unusual. The staff is very friendly. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

  I didn't take advantage of much while there, just needed a place to sleep for the night. It was very cozy and they had a Starbucks inside so I was able to get good coffee before I left. Really nice inside. Will stay again when in the area Edit: have stayed several times since, I love this place. It's close to a ton of good restaurants.

  Very clean. Staff was very friendly. Wish there were water or drinks available on the floor of our room. No coffee available through the day. Room was very noisy as the guest next to us were extremely loud until 4 AM then picked right back up at 8 am. We hardly got any rest. AC/HEATING unit is Very loud. Which helped to semi drown out the yelling. If only it were able to stop the shaking of the walls. Wasn't told when booking my reservation I'd be charged for parking. No biggie, but would've been nice to know. As a Marriott card member there were no extra perks or upgrades. Not even free water and snacks upon check-in. I probably won't book here again on our next trip. Only plus was cleanliness and bed was comfortable. Oh and the lady working the Starbucks / coffee counter overheard my inquiry as where I could get coffee since none was available and offered to make me a cup. Extremely nice of her and very appreciated. Wish I had gotten her name. She is the only reason I would perhaps consider this location again. I've stayed at many Marriott locations.
