  The hotel is very close to downtown and easy to access from the highway. The rooms are very nice, set up like townhouses with a kitchen, living area, and a loft containing a second bed and bathroom. The only negative was the A/C units sound like jet engines when they turn on.

  Excellent location to downtown Wichita and I enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service. Pricing was great especially for the size and amenities of the suite. Ability to ingress and egress is easy. The staff is responsive and friendly. If I'm ever in Wichita, I will stay here.

  So far before even arriving we have had a great experience. We called today to see about upgrading to a loft room so our granddaughter can stay if she wants to. The gentleman that handled the change did it extremely quick and was beyond friendly. We are looking forward to our stay with you

  I booked this hotel for a little night out get away for my boyfriend and I. we live south of the Wichita area, and wanted a hotel in the downtown area. I was able to choose the room online and picked one with a fireplace so we could relax after our night out. The check in was fast. As a part of the check in process, I had to sign a “no partying consent” which was fine with me because I wanted a nice quiet relaxing night. This was not the case though. That consent did absolutely nothing. The room was very nice and set up like a studio apartment. However, my boyfriend and I immediately noticed that our neighbors upstairs were very noisy. At the time, we were getting ready for an event, and figured by the time we came back they would have settled down a little. However, that was not the case. Come to find out that some friends of ours actually had the room we were in and asked to switch rooms because of the noise. This made me upset because the noise complaint should have been handled at that time of the first complaint. By 2:00 A.M. the noise was louder than ever, and we were still unable to sleep. Around 2:25, there were several loud “bangs” on top of all this noise. We finally decided to call the front desk. They were very short with us, but assured us the situation had been taken care of. Within minutes the hotel was surrounded by cops and paramedics. The “banging” we heard a few minutes ago was the sound of someone being shot several times in a gang related incident. Needless to say that was the last straw. We packed our bags and checked out at 3:00 A.M. I was told there was going to be no charge for our stay, but by the next day there was not just one card hold by two. I went back to talk to them about these holds, and was told I would need to wait 3-5 business days for these holds to clear off of my card. Overall, it was not a good experience; I would not recommend this hotel. If you are wanting to stay in downtown Wichita, you are better off paying more for a different hotel.

  We have stayed at this hotel 35+ times over the last few years due to my son's medical condition. The rooms are always clean. I appreciate having a kitchen available to cut down on eating out costs plus allowing us to maintain our specific diet. Breakfast is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful, they have had to chauffeur me and my son a few times and it was always an enjoyable ride. Love this place and appreciate it being an enjoyable home away from home experience.
