The good: the staff was friendly and were fast to accommodate us. The front desk people were great and friendly. Checkin was a breeze and so was checkout. The pool was clean and they had towels out there ready to be used. The bar/restaurant was good and the staff were friendly. Parking was good and not over crowded for being memorial day. The location is great and easily accessible. The bad: Our bathroom had used toilet paper on the floor as soon as we checked in. It was still there after 4 days of being there. The cleaning folks never got it up. There were hairs in our shower since day 1 and still were there the last day when we left. Crumbs ampere left in tables and dresser and were never wiped down daily. The a/c units were loud and the rooms remained muggy and hot. Bathrooms had no ventilation and no fan. The rooms were not as nice as I thought they would be and were very basic for the price you pay. The soap and conditioner they provided was out. They only provided 3 towels for a 2 bed room. Overall I was not impressed with the rooms for the price you pay. Was the stay horrible? No. Would I come back or recommend it to a friend or family member? No.

What hotel doesn’t have good coffee readily available at all times? I get up early before the bistro serves overpriced coffee. The coffee in the room is horrible. This has to be the only hotel in the country where you can’t go to the lobby and get a good cup of coffee at anytime you choose. I will be checking out and checking into a hotel that accommodates my coffee needs. The least they could do is give you a quality coffee maker in the room.

Tymisha made our stay absolutely amazing. Marriott is very lucky to have her! We stay at a lot of Marriott locations because my husband travels for work, but this one exceeded all of our expectations. The room was very clean and comfortable. Tymisha went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best that it could be. We don't normally write reviews but we agreed that this stay deserved a 5 star review.

First let me address, the location and food at the hotel was amazing, however, the service, room, and staff were horrible. I am very accustomed to Marriott Hotels, so we chose this hotel for our first family vacation. Upon arrival on March 10th at 3:00pm the 3 rooms were not ready. We were told an additional hour which was fine but as I was standing at the desk checking in with one rep, another rep sold a room that was assigned to me. He offered me another room & I accepted. On the second night someone had a key to one of my rooms and walked in on my children sleeping at 10:30 at night. A rep called the room and told them they were not supposed to be in the room because it was vacant in their system. I had to go to the desk and explained that I had paid for 3 rooms for 2 nights. I asked that the manager contact me first thing in the morning because there was no manager on duty. The staff failed to apologize and handled the incident inappropriately. They literally accused my family of theft of services, then blamed it on a system "glich" after they looked into the issue. Let me state, the staff should have looked into the system and figured out this issue was their fault PRIOR to contacting my sons' room. I wanted to address that with the manager along with the security issue. The manager never contacted me. Upon check out room 254 was removed from the bill, however, The manager still never contacted me, nor addressed my concerns. Upon checking my credit card statement after the fact, I was charged a no show fee, (when I again arrived an hour early and that room was sold). This was the first family vacation that our family had taken and we chose to stay in this hotel. This was not a good selection. The rooms were not cleaned thoroughly. There was a dirty sheet in the bed in room 224 and the trash was not removed from the room. One of the beds in room 362 was not made and trash was never removed. I would NOT advise this hotel to anyone.
