  Completed online app., was reached via phone by Cathy who was very polite and extremely helpful. I wasn’t sure they were known as it was a holiday but had the opportunity to come in and get my items I purchased. Just in tune for the big game!! Thanks Cathy for your service!

  This had to be the best sales experience I've ever had honestly.Ronald was so awesome no pressure what so ever had immediate answers to every question I had, super friendly and personable. Honestly the best salesman I've ever dealt with wish they were all like him. He made sure everything was perfect and we fully understood everything before leaving I'll definitely be going back to see him again. Thank you Ronald!!!

  Conn's employees gave me excellent service. The company that does the repairs said my laptop was not able to be returned. They told me to return to Conn's to get my replacement. When I went to the service desk, they explained the replacement process to me. The salesman for the computer department helped me select the laptop I wanted and continued helping me through the purchase of my new laptop. Thank you Conn's.

  This place is amazing! I went in last week to look around and was instantly qualified to a line of credit. It's not a rent to own so they don't bump up the prices to obscene amounts of money. The staff was very cordial and courteous. They explained everything in detail and Reggie, my rep, showed me his account so I understood exactly what I was getting into. Visit them if you're interested in getting new furniture.
