When I went to the service desk, they explained the replacement process to me. ::This place is amazing! I went in last week to look around and was instantly qualified to a line of credit. It's not a rent to own so they don't bump up the prices to obscene amounts of money. The staff was very cordial and courteous. They explained everything in detail and Reggie, my rep, showed me his account so I understood exactly what I was getting into.
