  EaDo luxury living. I've lived at other communities near by, and by far enjoy Circuit the most. The amenities and office staff make it very nice to call this place home.

  Circuit is a great place to live! The office staff was very prompt in helping my roommate and I find something. Always very helpful and friendly when we come in!

  I love the convenience of this apartment community! We are huge sports fans, so this is a great location for us.

  It is all new and looks pretty, but won’t work. There is an electrical problem with the construction or spmething that mantenance people struggle with ( they are very polite and do what they can, not blaming them) We started with the stove, they changed it 3 times until we got one that worked. The a/c breaks down easily and constantly. The icemaker didn’t work for more than a month (July - together with the a/c, of course) Then the washer acts silly very often... and the list goes on

  I really want to give Circuit 5 stars but my first floor apartment was broken into. No security cameras and the robbery was in the daytime leads to HPD, my lawyer, and myself seeing this as an inside job. Second theft for me. Bike, ps4, camera, and watches. Sucks! Building itself is nice. Apartments are very spacious and modern.
