  The location of the hotel was perfect! It was right next to the Toyota Center where we were going to see Justin Timberlake. The hotel had lots of great amenities, the rooms were spacious, clean and had plenty of electrical outlets which we certainly needed with 4 people! The only complaint we had was the TV. The reception was not very good & would be very blocky often. There was also a weird advertisement for some sound thing that popped up on the screen every 5 minutes to matter what channel we were watching that was very annoying. We couldn't figure out how to stop it from popping up. Overall, the hotel was great for what we needed and it was a comfortable stay!

  Enjoyed my stay at this Holiday Inn Express. It was very clean, the rooms were nice and well equipped, and the location was very convenient since we were going to a concert. It's within walking distance from several restaurants, the Toyota Center, and a few B-Cycle stops. The happy hour and breakfast were great as well. Pricing was very reasonable. Would stay here again.

  I stayed for 4 nights recently. It was a nice looking place and everyone was really friendly. Parking was a breeze. The breakfast in the morning was tasty and I especially enjoyed the cookies in the afternoon. I was also able to easily walk from the hotel to downtown and different restaurants in the area.

  Very friendly and accommodating front desk staff, but unfortunately I had to check out right after checking in. The hotel stinks, literally, first room they put me in smelled like mold as does the entire hall, they were very quick to move me to a new room that smelled like someone had smoked in it. I went back down to front desk and asked if I could check out. They were very apologetic and the manager immediately came out and quickly deleted my check in so I was not charged, also offered extra reward points. I can't stress enough how accommodating the staff was but unfortunately the entire hotel seems very old, dated, and in need of major repair and remodeling. I will not be staying here unless they do a total remodel. This hotel is no where near the standards of a typical Holiday In Express which I stay at often all across Texas.

  Our family ADORES this location. The 2 queen bed suite is what we usually get & is amazing. This location enables you to walk around down town straight from it's doors. My kids love the fresh cookies at 4pm & of course the indoor pool. The staff is always amazing & the housekeepers are grade a. My room was always clean when we got back from our outing, towels stocked, & they even folded my kids mess.
