  This has got to be the worst Chase branch in Fort Worth!!! Always crowded never enough tellers in the bank it's horrible.. The ATM machine is never working... Will not be going back to that branch ever again

  I have been with chase for years and this branch has the slowest customer service I have ever dealt with, whether going inside or the drive thru. We just left after waiting 45 minutes inside because the transaction we needed done could not be handled through the drive through or ATM. We finally left after not being acknowledged or helped

  Its placed in a convinent place, has fantastic customer service and the workers give you exactly every information you need
