  Most of the time, my drink isn't made the way I want it, even though I specify how I want my drink made. Kinda sad about it, considering I love Caribou Coffee

  Friendly and knowledgeable servers, good variety of coffees and teas, good selection of snacks and pastries, both hot and cold. They have a good range of coffees for Keurig machines as well as beans, whole bean or pre-ground. They also do a good job of providing canteens of coffee and supplies for meetings or events. They are always welcoming.

  Cold brew tasted like brown colored water and the PSL was oversweet garbage. $9 for two drinks. How is this place still in business.
