::I would think twice about bringing your vehicles here. We took our vehicle in. They fixed it and when we picked it up. It looked and sounded great. Two days after we took it home, we had issues. Their General Manager was in denial and took that stance. blamed us and said it was something we must have done. I took the vehicle in to another mechanic shop and it was fixed on the spot. Took no more than 8 minutes. They had not tighten all the items they took apart. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY ONE.

::These men and women working here have easily given me the best car repair service EVER. Easily the best. I brought in a wrecked car and quickly everything was taken care of....they explained to me the process of getting my car fixed and i was given a new FIAT for my rental. I was given a "case manager" of sorts who kept me updated on repairs as often as I requested. I got my car back almost to the day that they estimated. I paid nothing at all. I did bring the car back for a minor issue, that may have not even been the fault of Caliber, and the guy fixed it within 5 minutes. I was referred to Caliber by a co-worker and I would refer anyone else to Caliber Collision as well.

::Caliber Collision inspected my car after an accident. They shared before and after photos of the damage and provided me with all the tools I needed to make decisions on repair option. They gave me a rental car (free) while they inspected my car and they finished the work by the end of the day. I was very satisfied with the service and the prompt communication.
