  The particular location had a friendly and decently knowledgeable employee, who unfortunately was on shift with a bitter, and rude employee. Said employee sneezed and my wife responded with the classic response of "bless you" to which she was met with no response and was ignored. The other employee immediately spoke for him stating that it was rude and he thanked her.

  Some, (only few of the new employees ) are really hard to get along with, specially one lady manager that thinks she knows everything without letting the customer express questions / comments. I'm referring to the store located @ Plumer/Broadway here in Tucson Arizona, one other new employee, (next time I'll catch his name )has very bad attitude towards customers, they both need some serious customer service skills.

  All of the workers are so Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoy this store so much.

  John was so helpful and friendly and even replaced my headlight bulb for me. That is REAL customer service! Thanks John!

  The associated at this location were awesome. The were very helpful and made recommendations based on my needs. Great customer service as well.
