::Had a freezer repaired today by Joshua, I paid $299 for a $20 relay to be changed, freezer still broken and no more Responses from Joshua. I paid $140 for labor he was there 20 mins, also a $70 service charge and $70 for a part I didnt need! Stay away!!! We are meeting with someone tomorrow about his fraudulent work and seeing what actions we can take to recoup some of our money!

::Love this place. Great appliances and staff. I bought washer and dryer a year ago, still kicking no problems. I've bought several things no problems and they check on them with a call. Mr. Brown you the man.

::We had the WORST exprince ever. It is too the point it is hard to support a black own business, gantes I know all is not the same. The owner give us a bad name. He sold me a bad fridge. We rented a truck and paid someone to help us move it. Got home it would not work. Called him to tell him and he said he would come out to check it. He agreed it did not work and we get another one. He told us he will be charging a delivery fee despite had the original one worked we wouldn't need another one. I was upset he said it's his business and he can run it his way. I defuse the situation because hell I needed a fridge and had spent all this money on one along with a stove. We paid $60 to have it delivered and guess what he only sent one person to do so. Guess what that meant we had to help along with my neighbor, why so many people you asked? You guessed it the delivery guy was DRUNK! When he saw we tequila he said I want a shot as he was opening the bottle to do so but of course not before he messed up our doorway. My boyfriend told him the fridge could not fit through but he insisted pulling it through. When we told him he said oh just get a little paint. I want to help support us but this guy really makes it hard. P.S. A warning sign could have been when his elder came in to complain and he was actually disrespectful and his choice of words....WOW!!! Just thought should know before you buy!!!

::Great team of knowledgeable staff. Great prices. I had some questions about the freezer keeping cold...found out it was my error..
