  Kametha(?) "the manager" is exceptionally rude. I have had a number of issues with her including her charging a card that I have not authorized the store to use on a repeated basis. Just 2 weeks ago I had this SAME conversation with her regarding not charging this card. I made it absolutely clear she was to remove that card from their records yet today once again it used. When I contacted the store she was again very rude and lied stating I HAD authorized that card . Do not use this store.

  Went right in and filled out a application for a washing machine and dryer. Process was quick and easy. Delivery was right on time.

  The lady who thinks she is a manager is not very educated nor can she follow simple direction matter of fact she is so dumb she can't comprehend remove my card off file they stored it without permission and have been asked and told not to use it and the idiots keep drafting the account over and over even after we have been in to pay it in cash before the due date then tried to say they haven't for real I have the bank statement proving otherwise I will be reporting these people to the better bussiness bureau they have very used over price dirty stuff in there store probably all came out of there house so unless you want rip off by these sorry low life people i suggest you go else were there Furniture is dirty and nasty and smells like piss and dirt their whole store is dirty and nasty the refrigerators are used and moldy and they don't clean them out until they're ready to deliver to other people I highly recommend never using these people also the managers so busy she can't come to the phone and tell you make a threat toward them then she wants to come to the phone and hang up on you Then the sorry lady called my husbands phone like he wasnt right next to me when i called your sorry store the first time and hang up when I answered I have filed charges with my bank and the police for un authorized use of my card had to change bank cards and still not done with them BEST ADVISE PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE DONT USE THIS COMPANY FYI people who think they need this sorry place Badcocks furniture os the same way a lot cheaper and you get brand new merchandise and the staff is very polite much better than the trash at this place I would never call it a bussiness should be shut down asap

  God forbid you are 1 day late... They hound you. Calling you back to back and from different numbers! Never will I go to them again. I thought Aaron's was bad, this place is 100x worse!

  The manager had an attitude because I called about my refrigerator not working after waiting a week for them to replace it. I had to call and threaten to take my business somewhere else for them to find me an acceptable replacement. Go somewhere else, these people are not professional.
