  Harassing phone calls, sometimes 5 or 6 in a row after I was a few days late. I work nights and asked them not to call before 11 am multiple times yet they still do after a year of asking. Would not recommend this company at all, very unprofessional.

  I like to write Aaron's on Freedom Drive Jim manage the store good there he's very understandable he worked with people try to make a way for people to get things they need their a little later on this bill or something he give him a plan I like to recommend him highly I'll been with Aarons alone time how's been with them on South Boulevard but they're selling used furniture from hotels even started on Freedom Drive when it first open up and I have good service with them they've been on freedom for 10 years and ever since then I've been with you if you need some furniture Electronics give Jim a call he'll look out for you here working in your budget and he's very understandable to sit down and talk to my name is Charles Strait e I got a lawnmower from them and it wouldn't crank and it was fast on the service they came out here to my house then make sure the lawn mower was working with a bron and on top of that they cut my grass and that would you call turnkey I thank God for them I have had time today couldn't pay on time but they stood by me thank you Aaron's for all you do Charles Strait e

  They had good Customer Service. Soon I walk in the door I had help.. Love it.. keep up the good work.

  Very good service and the staff is by far the kindest and most considerate in Charlotte. Aaron's really works with someone when they need help and always attempts to allow a person to keep their product.

  When I first looked to do business with Aarons I came to this location NEVER AGAIN!!! The employees was non chalant and unhelpful with my concerns and needs, However I am so glad I decide to go to the Aarons on smith corners where they really do care about their customers because this one is just what it looks like A MESS!!!!!!
