::Beware of Braman sales. I was sent a pull ahead offer and they ended up sending me a bill for my 2 remaining payments without previous disclosure. Big time sneaky salesman. In other words, I'm paying for 2 (7 Series) at the same time! My wife and I specifically said we were in no rush and only accept the pull ahead offer if it was honored exactly the way it was stated on the offer mailed. I have been leasing BMWs continuously since 2002. I have dealt with the other two South Florida BMW dealers. It has always been touch and go. The minimum I was expected honesty not back stabbing

::My service advisor Sue, was exceptional. She was attentive to my needs, wants, and concerns. I was also impressed with the time frame it took to service my car; service was completed before the close of business. Lastly, I appreciated the time Sue took from her day (the next day), to follow-up with me in regards to my car, the concerns I had, and if I was satisfied with the service I received. To be a new employee there, she gets two thumbs up from me. I look forward to working with her in the future!
