  The service was pretty good. They did a good job with my oil change and washed it which was really nice. I gave only 4 stars because I have had a better experience at the BMW shops in Colorado Springs and Denver.

  Beware of Braman sales. I was sent a pull ahead offer and they ended up sending me a bill for my 2 remaining payments without previous disclosure. Big time sneaky salesman. In other words, I'm paying for 2 (7 Series) at the same time! My wife and I specifically said we were in no rush and only accept the pull ahead offer if it was honored exactly the way it was stated on the offer mailed. I have been leasing BMWs continuously since 2002. I have dealt with the other two South Florida BMW dealers. It has always been touch and go. The minimum I was expected honesty not back stabbing

  My service advisor Sue, was exceptional. She was attentive to my needs, wants, and concerns. I was also impressed with the time frame it took to service my car; service was completed before the close of business. Lastly, I appreciated the time Sue took from her day (the next day), to follow-up with me in regards to my car, the concerns I had, and if I was satisfied with the service I received. To be a new employee there, she gets two thumbs up from me. I look forward to working with her in the future!

  Anthony was wonderful and sincere. He didn't push the sale and was upfront on what he could negotiate. He made me feel very comfortable and confident in my decision. I would definitely recommend him for prospective buyers

  This is my second BMW bought at Braman. Paulo Santos was the sales manager helping me. Could not ask for a better man! He was above and beyond! He wasn't pushy and gave me his full attention. Hard to find it these days!! He made me feel at ease to think and clinch the new deal. More than recommended! A+++
