    Mayo/10/2018 1:30pm Braman Mini 2060 NE 2nd Ave. Miami Fl 33137 Llevamos nuestro vehículo Mini Cooper a realizar su servicio y revisión. Hemos tenido 2 inconvenientes: 1. en la rotación de los cauchos (servicio que nos costó $90), no fue entregado el vehículo teniendo los cauchos una diferencia en la presión de aire entre 35 a 40 psi. Cuando fuimos a reclamar el personal nos indicó que no era algo grave, ni de urgencia. Nos resolvieron el inconveniente, pero tuvimos que volver disponer de nuestras horas laborables, usar nuestras millas y la gasolina para ir por segunda vez a la agencia a que nos atendieran. 1. dejamos dentro del vehículo un par de lentes para el sol, reportarnos la falta de los mismos y la respuesta de los empleados (Mini Services Advisor) fue : a) que buscáramos bien los lentes. b) de no encontrarlos seriamos indemnizados por la falta. c) que no nos preocupáramos que ellos se iban a comunicar con nosotros para resolver el inconveniente. Como no se pusieron en contacto con nosotros, nosotros nos volvimos a comunicar con ellos para indemnizarnos nos dijeron que buscaron por las cámaras de seguridad y según ellos no vieron a nadie agarrando los lentes. Increíble, ponen en entredicho nuestro testimonio porque según ellos en las cámaras de seguridad no se ve nada en el vehículo, sólo que dentro del vehículo no hay cámaras. La agencia no indica en ninguna parte de sus instalaciones que no se hace responsable por los objetos dejados dentro del vehículo. El personal asegura que nos van indemnizar por la falta de nuestros objetos dejados en el vehículo y después incumplen con su palabra / acuerdo. Nota: el manager del área de servicios, Fernando Ramos y Daniel Carpio Se hacen responsables de lo sucedido. Daniel y Fernando Dicen que nos van a indemnizar y después que ellos no pueden hacer nada para ayudarnos. Que tenemos que realizar nuestro reclamo con el manager del área de servicio.

    Extraordinary customer service! Louella and her team took the time to walk me thru the mini cooper collection and help me find the appropriate vehicle for my lifestyle. They were honest and I didn't feel pressured like in other car dealerships. If you are in the market searching to buy a car, I highly recommend going visit Braman Mini of Miami because they have a great selection of vehicles and amazing staff working for them.     My Mini has problems everywhere. Mini is not responsible for the rear glass that unglued because after 7 years it happens ($4000 repair), or the fuel pump that is well known that has issues ($1000 with 40.000 miles) and even though there are more than 100.000 recalls for the right airbag sensor, they asked me to pay for the checking of the light... Never ever in my life will by a BMW or Mini. At least I am happy 2 of my friends choose another brand thanks to my advice.

    Braman sent me a notice that I was entitled to free service during August. When I arrived for my appointment, Fernando told me I would have to pay since my car was still under warranty. I could get free service by waiting until Oct or Nov. It took him a while to understand my displeasure that they had taken the initiative to offer me a service that their own records could show I was not eligible for. The fact that I had made a wasted trip did not seem to be a problem for him. I asked him to please pass my concerns up the line so that Braman would stop sending out invalid invitations. The next day, I received an email gently chastising me for missing my service appointment. I called Braman to let them know I HAD showed up for the appointment. I sat on hold for a while while the clerk tried to find a supervisor to speak with me. Then I was told that Ryan would call me back. Still waiting.

    Great service! Daniel S. did an exemplary job of making sure my vehicle was taken care of and I was happy. They were very thorough, kept me informed of what was happening and returned my car to my in a timely fashion. The only thing I would recommend is clearer instructions on what to do upon arrival. When I pulled into the service space nobody came to my vehicle. I saw plenty of employees walking past and some even looking at me but no one told me what to do until I just walked over to one of them. It wasn't the best arrival experience but Daniel made me forget that with his professionalism and cheerful disposition.
