  Frank, Corey, and Alan have been in this business for a long time and definitely know their stuff. Instead of being out to hard sell people, I've seen them all take time with each customer to ensure they make an informed purchase. Zero smugness. Best mechanics, customer service, products, and prices in the city.

  Great shop. I've been shopping at Biketek for about 5 years and have consistently had excellent service from the same small group of guys. I like the feeling of shopping where the owner will ring me up. And they know their bikes really well. The prices are good - certainly as low as nearby competitors. Frank works hard to carry inventory that is high quality for the price. They do have relatively limited hours, which I think helps keep prices down. My only suggestion for Frank would be to provide some sort of method for dropping off bikes for service (key drop box, for example).

  Really nice shop with a great selection of bikes and gear. Frank the owner was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect bike for me. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Pittsburgh area
