  The hostel itself is nice and so is the location. Most of the staff is very attentive and easy to get along with,the exception would be Cynthia. She was very rude the entire time I was there. I went out of my way to be cordial to her,but to no avail. I thought it was just me but I noticed that she was very disagreeable towards many customers.

  Great place to stay, stayed there last year and just got back from there this year. The owner is very friendly and the employees are very friendly. Felt safe and comfortable there. Also very clean! Fresh nicely folded towels and wash clothes on the corner of your bed. Soap, shampoo and conditioner are always filled up. The bathrooms and showers are all clean too. There's a kitchen and a common room to watch TV or movies and get on their or your computer. Also the location is great you're just a very short walk from downtown Anchorage stores and activities. I'll be back there for sure.

  This is a great place. The owner, Mr. Forbes knows his business and customer service. It's central, close to bus lines etc. Great central location to explore the rest of the state.

  Pretty good hostel to stay overnight. Reasonably well maintained, good staff and in an excellent location. Very close to Anchorage visitor center, downtown, bus stop, food. Have a common kitchen, hall etc

  It was clean with a good layout. Beds are creaky and mattress was on the thinner side. The room we had was a four bunk. Overall 4 star hostel. Clean and convenient.
