  I love coming here. The cocktails are always boozy and the vibe is always right. Just makes you feel good. I love that this is a real local bar and doesn’t try to be more than what it is.

  one of better bourbon selections, one of the best prices, not-so-good cocktails. dig the bar setup and atmosphere. service has been great, too. love to take out of towners there.

  Great bar off the beaten path in downtown Oakland. Lots of room to sit at the bar or in the back; I've yet to have trouble finding a seat outside of peak hours. The yellow lighting is quite soothing and blends well with all of the wood. This is a great spot for a quick drink or to lounge around and catch up with friends.
