  Omg!!! I've been searching for the best bank to open a business bank account.This is my 1st Business account. I decided to stop by the Broadway location because it was on the way home. I was politely greeted by a really cute Latina named Ayisha Costello, who happened to be the Branch Manager,Vice President. She properly addressed my banking needs without hesitation. Ms Costello made me feel like a priority. Her demeanor and energy was positive, kind and professional. During the process, I needed to speak with a customer service representative to complete my business credit card application. Ms Costello placed the call and properly sanitized her phone so I could complete this process. That made me feel really good about the care and concern she takes for her members. Any actions that could be taken internally, she made it happen.No questions were left unanswered and she had no problem throughly answering or explaining. I walked out this bank feeling accomplished and ready for the next task to get my business up and running. Ms Costello thank you for making me feeling important & handling all of my business banking needs!!! I hope Bank of the West appreciates you and the service you contribute to our community, cause I do!!   Outstanding service. Opened exactly at 9:30 am as it supposed to be. There are not many locations of this bank around but if i find one, I am very satisfied with their treatment of the customers.

  I switched over to Bank of the West after 30 so-so years with Bank of America. I'm enjoying the personable service at BOW, as well as lower fees.

  I'm so happy to have switched to Bank of the West! The Branch Manager Victor Shin set up 3 accounts for me, quickly and got every little detail taken care of before I left the bank. At my former bank, I had to keep going back and calling back to get things in place they forgot to do, but not here! Their online system and bill pay is super user friendly, too.
