  First time actually eating here last night. Went out to celebrate a friend's birthday. Menu is eclectic and all 3 of us loved our entrees. I got the vegan burger which was very satisfying, fries were yummm. Cucumber Collins cocktail was tasty and strong. Live music is a nice touch. They gave my friend a free shot for her birthday which was super nice. Will be back!

  This place is really good. I come in for lunch regularly and always get great service and food. The carnitas tacos are amazing. The sandwiches are huge and also amazing. And the fries are really good. Amber is awesome! She's been my server every time and she's super patient and attentive.

  This place is great if your by yourself or with friends. Good beer selection, good food. It's not family/kid friendly though. No high chairs, booster seats. They even said we had to carry our stroller up a flight of stairs. When I said we'd just go elsewhere, not to worry, then we were told they had an elevator.

  Sat at the bar for happy hour and trivia. Fantastic service, good selection of craft beer on tap and excellent conversation. I did not try the food, but heard rave reviews from others. Happy hour 7 days a week (51% off) starting early afternoon... Wish we had a place like this in Minnesota!

  Found this gem on my trusty Yelp app while in my hometown on vacation. We were looking for a fun place to join some great life-long friends for an evening of drinks, dinner, and fun sans our kiddos! Making a reservation was easy and made for a much less stressful evening in the Gaslamp. We arrived a tad early, but were still show to our table (a high bar top w/seating for 10). Our waitress was really wonderful, I mean it. She gave her suggestions for drinks, was swift with our slew of orders before happy hour ended, genuinely apologized when the kitchen was out of a few items our table ordered and had to re-order. She kept things straight and honored my request for separate checks (requested when we arrived). Each drink was made really well, even the happy hour drinks were strong. We all ended up ordering different things and sounds of delight and satisfied taste buds were heard all around. As we wrapped up we could hear the piano bar next door and since GARAGE is connected to the Piano bar (by the bathrooms) we thought we had an "in". Unfortunately even though they are connected you have to go get in line out front and pay the cover there, the Piano bar simply shares the bathrooms with the restaurant. Oh well. The tab was appropriate and not too bad considering how much we ordered, thank goodness for Happy Hour! I would ABSOLUTELY come back here for a drink, dinner, or next time we are with a group. It's location is walking distance to a lot of other fun 'after dinner' joints downtown too, so check it out! ***DON'T forget to check-in on the Yelp app, you get a discount on your bill!
