  I was going to open an account today at 1130am stood in line to be told I can’t open an account because they are about to close. They’re loss I’m going to a different bank. They close at 12pm in Saturday btw. Poor service.

  My god Im disabled my wife opened an account here.She empties my account brings it here.Even allowed forged SSA checks here.Bank of No ID required is a better name.

  Some of the employees at this bank are pretty incompetent. Went through drive through to cash a check and they lost my ID and card. Tried blaming it on me instead of helping or issuing me a new card .

  Joanna veleva was amazing today. Anyone need help she is the best. I hope she makes management soon she's that great. I was able to do everything that I needed because of Joanna. What an awesome bank and people.

  Luz is a delight. She was very helpful and understanding of what was going on my my life when I was opening my account. I had to come back the next day and felt very accommodated by her when she remembered who I was and got the ball rolling on my visit. I feel good about choosing Bank of Albuquerque as my new main bank.
