::I was going to open an account today at 1130am stood in line to be told I can’t open an account because they are about to close. They’re loss I’m going to a different bank. They close at 12pm in Saturday btw. Poor service.

::Some of the employees at this bank are pretty incompetent. Went through drive through to cash a check and they lost my ID and card. Tried blaming it on me instead of helping or issuing me a new card .

::Luz is a delight. She was very helpful and understanding of what was going on my my life when I was opening my account. I had to come back the next day and felt very accommodated by her when she remembered who I was and got the ball rolling on my visit.
