  I had some problems with a transaction at another branch out of town and Tracey was able to help me figure it out right away and fixed it within 24 hrs.

  Never returned our calls when we were buying a house. We gave them a couple weeks to call back and decided to go with another lender.

  If you come at or around noon do not expect to be in and out in 10 minutes or less. In fact get comfortable for a 20 minute wait and HOPE you chose the right lane in the drive through. HOPE you have the patience to withstand the crawling pace of the single teller tending to all three lanes. And f you chose the wrong HOPE the person in front of you isn't trying to apply for credit or some other time consuming bank activity. I WILL NOT be returning the Richmond branch at any point or time in the future. ESPECIALLY around noon. A 20 minute delay is not what I want from a drive thru, no matter the business. Absolutely livid.

  Nicest tellers I've ever met at a Wells Fargo. In my time doing deposits daily for work they actally bothered to get to know us and were very friendly even though they would seem pretty stressed out at times. I specially miss Tanya now that I no longer do deposits here. I hope the company takes care of these employees since good workers are hard to come by
