  Location in b37 fine. Lots of nicely discounted articles making them affordable. Friendly service.

  This store made me stop shopping at all Gap/Banana Republic brands. They illustrated how inconsistent and weird the company policy is, compared to other brand's standard. They sold me a sweater that was on display, somehow messed up the item's code in the receipt that caused me a headache returning it. First visit to store to return the item, the associate understood the issue and was able to process full return, however i didn't bring the Gap credit card so they ask me to come back with it. Second visit to store, the store manager insisted that it was my fault that the item code is not in the receipt and force me to accept a giftcard with much lower value if I want to return - decided to go away after 30mins arguing. NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!
