::This place deserves zero stars but it won't allow it . Very poor customer service. The guy behind the desk which is the owner as well is nothing but a big liar . Take your business where else or you gonna end up paying triple what you think you were going to pay . He also has this weekend trick which is if you bring the car on the weekend they keep charging you till the next business day and he says that's Avis/budget terms . I always rent cars from all over the country and never heard of that thing before he didn't fool me for it of course but he tried . Bottom line take your business somewhere else. I will also file a complain with BBB and the corporation.

::This guy (David) is EVIL!!! I I reached there at 4:57 pm, location hours are till 5 pm and it was closed.... he knew I was coming and told me over the phone he had only Ford Mustang's left and probably when the reservation printed out, did NOT want to give a Mustang to a reservation made via Priceline so closed the office. There was a guy having a cigarette outside, I asked him if he was from Avis and he said no. I had no choice but to leave. It caused me a lot of grief. Location is on my way for 99% of the time when I leave my house so stopped in the next afternoon to see and inquire about the evening before. The same guy who was sitting outside smoking a cigarette was behind the counter. I was in total SHOCK and DISBELIEF! I asked him, he said no. I specially asked my wife to come take a look so it's not just me.. she also could not believe it was the same guy... she told him you are a bad person and walked out. This guy is EVIL!! I'm contemplating on suing.

::Revising my previous rating. Charged me extra days because the return date wasn't filled out on the return jacket left in the drop box. They apparently need this information from us in order to verify return time on the security camera. Rented Friday, returned Saturday. Charged till Monday morning. They submitted the charges two weeks later and claim their security video retention is two weeks. I didn't write the return date on the return envelope, but I sure did document everything myself when I returned the vehicle. Soon to be published so everyone can be well informed.

::I rented a van from this location a few weeks back and I had a great experience. Manager was very accommodating and the price was right. No hassles. Hopefully setting up another rental for this weekend. BTW, even my 11 year old kid read the EZ-Pass flip box instructions and understood that if you use their tag, it's a flat fee plus tolls.
