Came into this AT&T to get sim cards and prepaid plans. The staff were great and were extremely helpful, but I did end up being there for an hour because AT&T's internet service was done making it difficult to activate the phones. I didn't mind waiting though because the staff were so great. This particular branch is closed on Sundays but there are other stores nearby that are open all weekend.

I had a good experience this morning buying a new phone. My rep was knowledgeable about the devices I was looking at and helpful in getting everything set up with my account. He also pitched a wireless charging station and a digital cable package, but when I said I wasn't interested in these he didn't push. If you're reading this far, you're probably also looking at the previous reviews. Those gave me a little apprehension that this would be a 'meh' store. As someone who has worked in tech support, this seems like an incomplete picture. The staff here seemed competent at standard requests (info about devices, purchases) when they weren't busy (e.g. 9:30 am on a Tuesday). If you have a less standard request or come at a busy time, your experience could definitely vary.

Can we talk about Wesley? Wesley provided service that really stood out from all of my other experiences at other AT&T locations. This guy really went above and beyond to make my experience as smooth as possible. To say I'm not tech-savvy is probably the biggest understatement of the world. lol I needed to change my phone, and had A LOT of questions about my service plan. Wesley was SO helpful. He was patient and super friendly. He truly made the whole experience a breeze for someone like me.

Simply the worse customer support you can possible ask for, by phone or in person. You call issues is not theirs and they don’t even try to hide how little they care about their job or their company mission. #theworst
