  They did their job effectively and quickly. Got the phone my wife wanted, was able to finance, and all seems to be working. Prices for phones are high, but at least I could finance it over two years.

  This is my go to store for T-Mobile. Location is very convenient for me and the staff is always very helpful. They do have a full range of phones that are supported on the T-Mobile network and also a fair number of accessories for the phones.

  Convenient location, but waited in line forever....just to make a simple purchase. The particular clerk who rang in my purchase was very unfriendly. I will never come back here.

  Convenient location between DuPont Circle and K Street. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable about setting up different devices.
