  Excellent product with generally good service. Unfortunately the employees can be rather clueless as to what they actually sell (“we don’t carry 8-grain bread”... yes you do.. I buy it here all the time). Other than educating the staff, Zaro’s does not need much improving. Prices are high, but it’s also Penn Station.

  I never got to order my daughter's or my bagels because they were chit chatting then when I get to the register to order after being rush to come pay the lady at the register then sends me back to order when I couldn't do it in the first place. So I never got anything.

  5 star potential. 3 for the execution. Great location to get a quick bite before a bus or train. They got my order wrong tho sooooo they need to get it together. Cant blame it on being packed cuz it's always packed in Penn Station.
