  The ice cream is awesome the only problem is the place need to be a little bigger so people can sit down as they eating ice cream

  Beware going late. It's nice that they're open late, but they were totally distracted. Long wait for a short line, got my order wrong, and the place already smelled of cleaning materials. But hey, it's good ice cream with lots of fun mix-ins, if you're willing to pay.

  So i rate them a 3 cause the ice cream always good but I wanted to take away 2 stars because they don't wear gloves and their dealing with food .

  Delicious ice cream, large selection, great staff and service. However, be prepare to wait on a long long line to order and then get your ice cream, this is expected from a place in the heart of NYC (large crowds). The wait is worth it. A must go place if you are in the 42nd St area.

  Cold Stone Creamery was very quiet at 11AM and only one worker on the job, so the service was great. The creamery is really big in a Hollywood parlour style. with bar seating. The ice cream is really large portions and there are lots of choices and optional toppings, waffers or containers like chocolate and sprinkles waffle bowl. The sweet cream ice cream is made of heavy cream, nonfat milk, sweet sugar, corn syrup but also colour and thickeners. It's quite pricey but since you can't call this a snack but a legit meal it's okay.
