  Caution! Do not buy tickets for the Statue of Liberty cruise from the very aggressive street vendors. They are scammers. They imply that you are going to the statue, but you are not. You are going NEAR the statue, and not stopping. There is only one place to buy legitimate tickets. That's inside Castle Clinton, inside Battery Park.
