  Good luck with this joke of a place. My purchase for my wedding has now resulted in me calling the cops to get a refund. For a ring I never took possession of. Skyler is an absolute waste of time and resources. Don’t go here unless having an aneurysm is on your list of chores.

  Horrible experience I purchased a ring along with warranty plan my band cracks because of Zales during sizing so I take ring in for repair a week later I get a call it's going to be $300 plus to fix band and resize. Really I was told when I purchased ring and plan that everything was covered now it doesn't I'm pissed and will never purchase another thing and will close account.

  Worst jewelry buying experience ever ! Sales person had an attitude and seemed standoffish the entire time ! Regret spending my money there it will never happen again !
