  I went to in to purchase two Rolex watches for my husband and my self and their employee Molly Walters and Rhonda hilde, both employees, laughed and made fun of me, while a gentleman named Will tried to help me. I left of course after turning around to see her laughin at me with her camera pointed at me. No matter what if you are going in to make a large purchase you should feel great about the whole experience but this was not the case. I even heard her tell a custom “come in and buy something more expensive next time!” Like the older women’s purchase wasn’t good enough. I’ll be sure to never go to any location and I’ll also make sure that everyone knows when you walk in there you’re going to to feel like Julia Roberts in pretty women when she trieds to buy something from that melrose store and they shame her. While Will was very helpful the two ladies in the back laughing staring at me. If you want great service stay away from haltoms. I you don’t dress a certain way or know someone there thru bad experience they will easily make you feel unwanted AND laugh loudly and stare at you while you turn around multiple times.
