Mary Ann and Alyssa are extremely knowledgeable and both caring and compassionate people whom both took the time to make sure we were very happy with our purchase of our wedding bands.   They are the worst place to shop. The are not only rude but arrogant . This place is nothing but a scam !!

  Waited far too long for assistance and the manager had an attitude when I asked for assistance to pick up my DEFECTIVE merchandise that was sent back from the repair order. This place was the only Zales where I bought one of many Movados and it was defective.

  I could not be more upset with the Zales in smithaven and their repair people. I got engaged in February, and three weeks later a small stone around the setting fell out. I took it back, here i am newly engaged and i don't have my ring for two weeks. fantastic. Fast forward to now, stone fell out AGAIN!!! clearly they didn't do it right the first time. so they apologize, have them rush it and told me i would get it back today, and of course I call to follow up, and now i'm not getting it till Wednesday. They should have NEVER promised me it would come sooner. I have been engaged for not even six months and I've been going through this. THEY SHOULD HAVE NEVER SOLD IT TO MY FIANCE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!! What kind of place does this???

  Abby and Patty were so helpful with the payment plans and the other opportunities with our ring. They are the reason for why I'll recommend my friends to go there. Thanks guys.
