::The staff at this location are so wonderful! Jasmine went above and beyond to help us create a custom engagement and wedding bands as well as rushing the order to have them in time for an engagement photo session! Thank you so much to the whole staff, but especially Jasmine! We love our rings and i would recommend working with this jeweler anytime to anyone. Always felt like we were special clients and received the best service!

::Wish I could give zero stars...brought a gold chain in for repair, they lose it, get an attitude with us as we waited for two hours for them to find it. Then the manager, James Blackwell promises me that he will call me the next day to resolve the issue and file a claim with loss prevention, never happened. So now I'm dealing with people in corporate who could care even less. I guess this is the reason why this store is the least busiest jewelers store in the entire mall, that should have been an indication... Update, the manager finally reached out and filed a claim with Zale's loss prevention for the estimated amount. While the manager, James, has handled this situation better than his employees, I wouldn't buy anything from that store, too many others to pick from.
