  This is the worst customer service I have ever experience. Not only did they charge me for the same item 3 times but when I called the store at Pentagon City Mall in DC, the phone is disconnected. Then, when I called the 1-800 number, the wait time was so long I just hung up but when I finally got someone the next day, she placed me on hold and hung up on me. For this jewelry to be so popular, it has the worst customer service.

  PAIGE IS GREAT!!! after several very very upsetting experiences at the Tysons and Springfield locations, it was a blessing to be served by Paige. She was friendly and so helpful. She didn't sigh and grown when I asked to exchange two purchased rings (by someone else who didn't know my size) for a smaller size. She just grabbed the box and found them for me. So quick and so easy. For all my future Pandora purchases I will stick to this location!!

  I love this store. I did not go during Christmas season and wouldn't, frankly, go to any store in Pentagon City Mall during that craziness. My husband and I went in at the end of January as the bracelet he bought me for Christmas lost one of the bracer peices when we were on holiday in NYC. Needless to say, I was very surprised and distraught. Sharon, the manager , could not possibly have been more accomodating and friendly. In fact, the entire staff greeted us with smiles and, even though there were other customers, made sure we knew immediately they would be happy to help and they did. Rarely have I experienced the level of customer care in a small boutique as I did there. I will do all of my future Pandora purchases at this store.

  Unusually unforced atmosphere for a traditionally pushy business, with very helpful and insightful staff. Better than most Pandora stores I've visited around the country.
