::This place is a HIT or MISS. It’s either you get the really good guys who can place your screen protector well or those who can’t do their jobs well. One guy is really good but the rest need more training. Props for the Good location. And if you have issues with their installation (e.g. dust, misalignment, etc) GOOD LUCK trying to convince the guy especially the owner to change it. It’s technically a backjob. I don’t understand how you give a customer a HARD TIME trying to have a screen changed when your staff should have done it right in the first place. You’re charging $50 for an iphone screen cover so you better give what is due to the customer. If you don’t want backjobs to happen and screen protectors go to waste, train your staff to do better or assign those mediocre ones to those who don’t check their phones after the installment. ;)

::The ZAGG store is a permanent type wall kiosk across the corridor from the Apple store. They specialize in high quality screen protectors for cellphones. I purchased, and had installed, a Zagg HD protector for my Samsung Galaxy S9+. They were out of the Elite curved glass protectors, so I reluctantly opted for the HD model which is not glass (but half the price - $50 vs$25). Their policy is that they will replace it in 7 days for free if the fit is not satisfactory. After that it's $10

::I purchased a screen protector for the iPhone X and the salesperson said it was guaranteed to be replaced for free if there were any issues with bubbles forming. Sure enough a massive bubble formed less than two months later. Brought it back to the store and now they want to charge $10 just to replace it. The salesperson said that’s how it’s always been and they should’ve told us that when it was installed but now we’re out of luck. I’m not about to pay $10 more after paying $70 to have the thing installed with a fake guarantee.
