::Bad attitude and unprofessional service I refunded a galaxy s9 plus sealed never opened they still want to restocking fee anyway I paid it after they open the phone looking for accessories it was made me mad So I’m still waiting my refund check about 5 weeks

::O Stars!!! What an Attitude, what a narcissism, what a childish behavior...! Since Sprint is my Carrier for 12 years my new iPhone needed activation through Sprint. This Store was so rude and unprofessional that I had to come back to the Apple Store and still get an Apple employee to do all the Activation while still contacting and using Sprint's Customer service. The Sprint's store lady was too unhelpful and rude; she basically didn't want to do the call to Sprint. Watching her shaking around in her tinny desk a new $1,200 iPhone X with no case was for me a moment of thinking... "If she drops it, this is not going to end well..." She was so rude... like I'm not paying my Sprint's monthly plan bills. What a shame.

They will do any thing to get the sale then treated badly After 14 days you are locked and can’t change them The salesman guaranteed I can use my new Att phone and he switch the contract before I unlock the phone because he knew I can’t use the same phone and it will take me more than two weeks to find out if he switched the contact before I contact Att When I call Att next day to unlock the phone and pay $900 I was told I need to wait for the bill because I am not. A current Clinet After that I paid the $900 with the fraud apple care &149 that covers not to find I can’t use the phone with sprint

::Horrible service, not professional at all. Employee named Maddy did some crazy stuff in my account added two lines that I don't need it and now I am stuck with a $400 bill each month. They said there's nothing to do because she's not in that store no more. deff not recommended at all. go to any other company but sprint.
