::Bought an iPhone screen protector based on the recommendation of an Apple Store Employee. After about a month and a half the protector started to bubble up making it hard to see the screen on the edges of my iPhone X. Went back to the kiosk and an employee named Ricky told me I’d have to pay $10 for them to replace it. I said you sold me this and it had a lifetime replacement guarantee. He said their lifetime guarantee “doesn’t include shipping or installation”. Not sure what shipping has to do with anything. Anyway, after paying $50 for an overpriced protector I’m not about to pay $10 ever couple of months to have it replaced when it bubbles. Total SCAM joint. The whole value was in their guarantee and they just throw it out the window when you need it. You can get a pack of 3 protectors on amazon for $10 and not have to deal with the frustration which is what I’m about to do.
