  On a Wednesday, I went up going to the GameStop at the Ridgeway Shopping Center near stop & shop and party city. Went there, got what I purposely needed. I asked the employee if they had any Xbox One steering wheels available. He said they are sold out but he will call the GameStop at the Stamford Town Center, which is the location I am talking about right now. This store said that they had one and it would be on hold for someone and the hold will expire until Friday. 3 days gone by until Saturday. I called this GameStop to see if the wheel is still available since the hold has already expired and not purchased. She answers with “the Xbox One steering is currently for hold for someone right now.” Since the hold expired the day before, I asked by saying “wasn’t the hold expired yesterday?”. She asked replies by saying “thank you for calling GameStop, have a good day” and then hangs up. Is that seriously how you are going to really your customers? I ended up getting the steering wheel from AMAZON. I REALLY recommend AVOIDING this location at ALL COSTS! If you really need to get something at GameStop, at least go to the one at the Ridgeway Shopping Center. They are way some polite and know to respect there customers.

  You can browse and take your time all you want. Very helpful employees. My only problem its a bit more pricey compared to the other gamestops

  Best place to go I love it. Plus it's in the mall so it's easy to get to.
