  This place ALMOST fills the void left by Bagel Express. Bagels are fine, service is fast and accurate.

  Phone orders not recommended. Staff has penchant for misunderstanding and delivery guys have mixed up orders one too many times. When I asked to speak with a manager I was informed ‘there is no manager for a year’.

  Love it uh when it works. They never pick up the phone, delivery is very slow and I have called 21 times with 1 answer

  Clean, a tad overpriced but, selection is vast. Deli guy is sociable and worked with me to build my meal...went over what was avail, etc. seeing as it was later in the day. Guy up front? Manager, owner...whatever he is...the least to be desired and not hospitable at all. Walked in and he was asleep. Ordered, browsed around, went to pay for my meal, he did not offer me my reciept, no smile, thank you, etc. Will ONLY pop in here for a bite if I am desperate...

  Good but over priced. Any deli in nyc obviously HAS to offer a baconeggandcheese and it HAS to be good. Theirs is really good but it costs too much. Good service and very nice clean place. Also, a nice variety of cream cheeses :)
