::I've enjoyed Bagel Bob's for over 20 years at least. Dennis and his beautiful family are the best. And I mean his 'work' family too. The same smiling faces have helped me at the counter for decades. That in itself says so much to me. Lot of love goin' on here. Bagels tremendous fresh. Salads, spreads the best. So blessed to have this warm spirited, immaculately clean, delicious access to deli in Yorkville.

::Forget all the reviews by all the UES whiners on here. If you can’t get a great bagel the way you want it and great service, you’re doing it wrong. It’ll be your fault, not B.B.’s. Have a little patience; it’s always worth the wait. BTW despite what Google says, there’s 9 tables with chairs here.

::I placed a lunch order and called to follow up on it after 90 minutes. I was told that it was delayed because they ran out of egg sandwiches. I asked why they waited until I called them to let me know and they had no answer. I asked them to cancel the order and they said they could not and then hung up on me. Five minutes later they called to apologize for the delay and said that no one saw the order come through. There was no mention of being out of egg sandwiches, so that was a lie.

::Awesome bagel shop. Owner is Greek and has some Greek dips. Wish he'd make avgolemono sometime....

::The service is not very friendly and rude. When I asked for a receipt, the cashier made it seem like it was the biggest inconvenience. There is always a lingering burnt smell in the restaurant but the tables are clean at least. The bagels are smaller in size but at least they are generous with the cream cheese. The bagels are chewy and actually are good. The sausage patties are tasty. I would say the only reason I go back is because it's close to work.
