  New to Long Island and went to my first class... felt totally welcome!!! Sandra was amazing and really tailored to my needs (pregnant)!!! Super awesome and can't wait to go back!

  Truly has amazing people, instructors, environment. For all ages, levels, and you can tell everyone has a commitment to better themselves. They provide a sense of encouragement, and peace. Even going by myself for the first time, I was right where I want to be.

  I love Yoga Darshana Center. I am currently enrolled in the teacher training program Class of 2016. This experience has changed my life. My teachers are incredible the people are amazing and my fellow students will remain my friends forever.....Truly a blessing and I'm so glad I DID IT! !!!!

  I'll never forget the first day I came to class here. It just happened to be the grand opening of the renovated studio upstairs March 1, 2014. They say spring is a time for new beginnings and walking into the new yoga studio was like a breath of fresh air. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. From the first day that I came here I've always experienced great yoga classes, awesome teachers and a beautiful place to practice yoga.
