  My go to gym in the Lindenhurst Babylon area. I was gonna sign up to try blink fitness. But there dumbbell weights only go up to 90 pounds. For most people that is fine but if you are someone who works out regularly and is stronger than that then you need heavier weights. The gym is clean and organized. The locker room area is also clean and there are plenty of lockers. They also make shakes and smoothies here which is nice.

  Took a beginners yoga class last Thurs. It was terrific!

  Good gym,polite friendly staff & members. Gym all ways clean never over crowded in day time.

  Has a lot to workout with and usually pretty clean, but also usually pretty busy on weeknights. Shakes aren't bad either

  Gym is decent and clean. I was visiting from out of town and must say the staff were not welcoming at all. Been there 5days in a row. The first day the young man said hi after that no one had said have nice day or hello good morning enjoy your workout! Girls sitting on counter on cell phones not even picking up their heads to acknowledge anyone has come in. It's terrible! Disrespectful! These young adults are there to do a job not sit on counter and play on their phones. I'd seriously consider hiring people that actually want to work there! I visited last year as well and there was a young man that was so Pleasant everyday I visited. Need more young adults like him. Wish I remembered his name.
