  Sometimes I like to come here to chill after school. It's relatively never crowded when I come. The prices on the snacks are overpriced though, so I wouldn't really go for it. (The snacks you find here can be found at an Asian supermarket for like $2 less or so) Their onigiri taste quite good! As far as bubble tea goes, I genuinely like theirs here.

  Great place to enjoy bubble tea. But they don’t have my favorite teriyaki chicken meal!

  Didn’t want to leave a bad review because I didn’t have a chance to order but I had such a disappointing encounter with the staff. Came here on a late afternoon break and I figured I’d have time to order really fast and make it back to work. Walked in and the only employee spent the entire time working on an order. A couple minutes passed with me waiting awkwardly for her to acknowledge me and her not noticing (ignoring?) my attempts to get her attention. When I noticed my break winding down, i regrettably had to leave. Two other customers had walked in about the same time and waited on line for a bit before leaving. I’m a big fan of the yaya franchise and I totally understand the stress of working at a high paced environment but there was only one person waiting for her order. Please hire more staff to better accommodate the volume of guests entering your shop!

  Very good environment, great atmosphere, and the workers have great attitudes upon arrival. Drinks are delicious and wonderfully crafted.

  My favorite bubble tea place. Love Better Life tea with Pop Yogurt jelly. Get some of onigiri rice balls they are so good! Friendly atmosphere at the store. Great addition to the neighborhood! :) Definitely a place to go!
