  @Kevin Molduene THAT LITERALLY HAPPENED TO ME JUST NOW!!!! I ordered a bubble tea, which was good however my popcorn chicken was undercooked. I don't remember how much I paid for the popcorn chicken because their flyer/menu didn't have the price and I couldn't access their website. The gentleman at the counter (cashier) told me it was in fact cooked and what I was looking was "the flour" and he said "that's how it's supposed to look". I kindly told him that I didn't feel comfortable eating this and if I can get a refund. He said no problem and gave me $4.95 in cash.

  Delicious bubble tea! I love that they have Lactaid milk for a lactose free option.

  Nice Bubble shop. I like their coconut bubble tea. Last time I had Toro tea. It easy ok. Coconut was better. The store is clean. Staff was friendly

  Vivi has some of the best bubble tea in New York! Taste is consistent! Never too sweet always just right! Their Taro Milk Tea is the best!
